My Name is Erin Bailey (Rodgers), and I am proud to have been born and raised in my small hometown of Little Egg Harbor, NJ. At the age of 27, I built my first Ice Cream truck from a retired 1991 school bus and started my business, “Chillin Out Ice Cream.” This truck served as my daily driver for the first six years of my business, delivering smiles to my community.

In 2013, my husband and I created our event truck to expand our business by serving larger-scale events, fairs, festivals, and corporate events. In 2022, while retiring the original OG truck, we added two additional trucks to our fleet. Each truck has unique features and offerings to satisfy all ages. Since 2007, I’ve had the pleasure of serving my community and continue to enjoy watching generations grow with each passing season.
